The User shall acknowledge and approve that all of the User’s personal information necessary for fulfilling the order and archiving should be recorded on data carriers. The User shall approve expressly the recording, managing and using its personal information.

Data management shall take place pursuant to Ptk. 83. §., furthermore to Hungarian Act LXIII of year 1992 on the protection of personal information and Hungarian Act CVIII of year 2001 on certain questions of electronic commercial services and services connected to information society.

The Service Provider shall manage all kinds of data, information confidentially. The User shall be entitled to withdraw its approval for the future. The Service Provider shall undertake liability to delete all personal data, information immediately except where there is still an order in course, or the forfeiture period relating to the Order has not expired yet, or if authority or other procedures are in course in connection with the Order. The Service Provider shall not be obliged to preserve image information submitted by the client after the fulfilment of the Order.
